Anger management

Intermezo: Anger Management :) (berhubung makin banyak yg senio -an) ;)

The origin of anger is fear. Fear is a feeling that creates stress from an undesired outcome. It can be fear of uncertainty, fear of losing control, fear of change, fear of failure, fear of wasting time, fear of social exclusion or fear of ridicule, just to name a few.

The best way to check this is to think of a situation when you were very angry and ask yourself, "What was I afraid of?" and to keep asking it until you reach the deepest underlying fear.

The angry people are those people who are most afraid
